Summary: "Senior Meals"

As a senior living alone it is not always easy to cook and eat nutriious meals. This product is a good way to solve this problem. I have tried 6 of the 7 meals and would rate 5 as very good anda 1 (chicken teriyaki) as fair. I intned to try the other choices in order to compare all the dinners. These are so much better than the TV dinners that I find at the local grocery store and are not overpriced. I am happy to have found Golden Cuisine.

Summary: "Great Alternative!"

This collection of meals is a wonderful idea for Senior Citizens or anyone who is not able to shop, even temporarily. Healthy, low cholesterol & sodium; most dinners very tasty. I would recommend in an instant. Fractured hip; did not want to bother friends after awhile and discovered this deal. Great idea and meals are filling; price terrific!

Excellent selection of meals, each with 2 full vegetable portions: these meals really make it easy to stay on a healthy diet. Arrive well-packaged and frozen. Highly recommend.
